DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

This page explains how to delete your account and data for the Overloaded app (Android package com.overloadedapp.overloaded), operated by Evan Alexander.

How to request deletion

1. Email [email protected] from the email address linked to your Overloaded account (or the email of the Google/Apple account you signed in with).
2. Use the subject "Overloaded account deletion". If you would like to keep your account but delete only certain data (for example your workout history or beta signup), say so in the email.
3. We may reply to confirm the request comes from the account owner. Your account and data are deleted within 30 days, and we email you when it is done.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in details (email, password, linked Google/Apple identity).
• Your profile, onboarding answers (such as experience and body weight), coach and avatar choices.
• Your workouts, logged sets, reps and weights, check-ins, notes, reviews, personal records, scores and achievements.
• Your website beta signup (email, platform, referral code), if you have one.

What may be kept

We may keep limited records only where required by law, and standard server logs kept by our hosting providers expire on their normal schedule (typically within 30 days). Backups are overwritten within 30 days.
